Thank you for visiting my studio website. I tailor each lesson to the interests and needs of all students of various ages and ability levels, from the earliest beginner to the most advanced pianist:

- Beginning pianists will learn how to read music (notes and rhythm), play with proper technique, and learn a variety of fun repertoire.

- Students interested in improvisation/jazz will learn how to read chord charts and play some of the great jazz classics of the modern era. Music theory will be a primary focus for these students.

- Accompanists will learn how to follow a conductor and play as a partner with the instrumentalists/choir. Students are encouraged to bring music from their schools to practice with me at their lesson.

- Advanced classical pianists will delve deeply into the various nuances of music literature. A focus of technique through scales and finger work will be paramount in this level of musicianship.

I look forward to building relationship with both you and your student as we explore the world of music together. As a mother of 2 young children, nothing brings me more joy than to witness children, teens, and adults find success through music.
